We very rarely (unless you insist) do a boring sign, it's just not "OUR STYLE"..

Q. Who are we and why should you order your Signs from us?
We have done it all, Dotti, the owner/manager/designer/salesperson/ wears many hats…for over 32 years she has grown with the sign business.
Dotti was certified to teach Art in NYC Schools.
Dotti started her business "Alpha Art" as an artist that would hand paint 1" miniatures on Rolls Royce, Volvo, Cadillac and Mercedes vehicle doors. (Monograms "like on towels", Portraits of Horses, Dogs etc.)
Dotti also painted larger 6" miniatures of anything on Boats and private planes.
Dotti then took a professional sign painting course given by a Sign Painter in Queens.
She apprenticed for a few years part time in the Bronx (while continuing her hand painted miniatures, airbrushed artwork , and unique original designs for silkscreen reproduction throughout the City ).
She then opened her first shop (at 2591 Hutchinson River Pky.) where she stayed for 7 years.
This shop was mainly all hand painted lettering and artwork on everything from childrens toys to large signs, trucks and walls.
Eventually the shop was to small to handle the business that her talent and hard work drew in.
She relocated Alpha Art (DBA) to Westchester Square 2591 St. Raymonds Ave., Bx., NY.
At this location Alpha Art became Incorporated. The shop included 2 Computers, 2 Gerber Plotters and the required staff.
After having Two shops in the center of bustling shopping areas Dotti brought her business home to enjoy her large garden between orders.
Due to successful amount of orders online and phone, we have closed our garden office at 716 Brush Ave. and will continue to offer our services through Fax, Phone, Email and regular mail.
